FAQS/

It’s best to be upfront about this – especially if you are prone to fainting. We recommend coming for your tattoo in good health and with a good meal inside you.

It’s often better to have arranged your tattoo in advance, but if the time feels right and you have an idea in mind, please drop in and we’ll see what we can do.

For most tattoos this will be between 7-14 days but it won’t hurt for all that time. Your artist will give you the instructions, including how to keep it clean in the early days (gentle baby soap and hot water) and what creams to use. Don’t go swimming, take a long bath or pick the scabs!

Sorry, this is a definite no-go. We (and any good tattooist) will ask you to sign a consent form before an appointment is booked.

It’s possible to tattoo over a scar, as long as it is healed. We advise that you have a consultation prior to planning your tattoo so we can advise on a personal basis.

In reality, this will vary for each person. If pain is a strong factor, upper arms and legs tend to hurt less.

However, do think less about the pain and more about where you really want it to be. Pain is short lived, but the tattoo is permanent!

Yes we do. We also have a wonderful shared area where our artists and clients can mix before heading off to work in their own cocoon.
